Healthcare infrastructure is the physical platform that every other program depends on. African Sahara Charity Foundation designs hospitals, clinics, and supporting facilities in long-cycle partnership with the institutions that will operate them.

We do not parachute modular units. We build infrastructure that the local institution will own, maintain, and extend. Engineering standards follow recognized institutional guidelines appropriate to the operating geography.

This program is currently in Concept Development. African Sahara Charity Foundation is recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
