African Sahara Charity Foundation (ASCF) is a Delaware non-stock nonprofit corporation recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3). From our current base in Kenya, we are laying the groundwork for infrastructure, oncology capacity, and a Pan-African Medical Platform.
African Sahara Charity Foundation partners with healthcare institutions, government authorities, and medical educators to build durable, locally led systems. We do not run short-term clinics. We invest in infrastructure, workforce, and the partnerships that outlast any single project.
Programs operate as an integrated stack: infrastructure enables care, education enables workforce, technology closes distance. Each program is currently in Concept Development, Feasibility Assessment, or Partnership Development.

Population-scale prevention programs integrated with primary care: immunization, screening, maternal and child health. The part of the system that keeps people out of acute care. Status: Concept Development
Continuity between physical sites through digital systems — telemedicine links, electronic records, decision support. Designed for the bandwidth and power reality of remote sites. Status: Concept Development
Spare-parts pipelines, calibration, and consumable supply for equipment that already exists locally. Sustainability depends on maintenance, not just procurement. Status: Concept Development
A workforce for the long horizon — clinical and non-clinical roles, management tracks, and the institutional spine that keeps a healthcare system running for decades. Status: Concept Development
A coordinated digital backbone linking clinical sites, teaching hospitals, and specialist consults across geographies. Currently in Partnership Development with stakeholders in Kenya.
A standing field hospital design and supply program to bring specialist capacity to rural communities. Currently in Concept Development with clinical partners.
A multi-year oncology capacity initiative — diagnostics, treatment, training — currently in Concept Development. No operating activities yet; partner scoping underway.
Our current operating geography is Kenya, where partnership scoping is underway. We work only in geographies where we have established institutional and regulatory relationships.
