Field and mobile hospital units extend capacity beyond fixed infrastructure. African Sahara Charity Foundation designs deployment models that complement existing public and private health systems operating in rural geographies.

Units are deployed under institutional partnership with local health authorities. The vehicles, equipment, and supplies are designed for the maintenance reality of the operating geographies; supply-chain integration with the Medical Equipment and Supply Support program is planned.
